Catering Information

Menus
Enclosed for your consideration are Compass Point Inn Banquet Menus. Alternatively, our Chef will be happy to create a custom menu especially for your event. Please refer to the Plated Menu section for procedures on selecting starter, entree and desserts for plated menus. The food/beverage and miscellaneous prices quoted are subject to a 15% service charge and applicable tax. With the exception of wedding cakes, food and beverage for your function must be provided by Compass Point Inn.

Facility Fees and Guarantees
The Catering Department must be notified of your guaranteed number of Guests, as well as your entree-split count, by 12 o'clock noon, seven business days prior to your event. Once received by the Catering Department, the number will be considered a guarantee and is not subject to deduction.

Payment Policies
The booking fee for each event is specified in your contract. Social functions must be prepaid two weeks prior to the event date. All banquet functions must have a valid credit card number on file. Compass Point Inn will only bill clients who have an established direct bill account with our Accounting department. Please request an application if you are interested in setting up a direct bill account. Direct bill requests must be submitted no later than three months prior to the date of your scheduled event.

Shipping Material
Please have all shipped materials addressed to Compass Point Inn c/o Catering Department with your company's name, function room and date of junction clearly marked. Due to finite storage limits for conference shipment, packages should not arrive more than three days prior to the function date. Special requests for storage must be directed to your Catering Representative. Compass Point Inn will not receive or sign for COD shipments.

Your banquet room will be accessible prior to your scheduled start time. Actual time is subject to business levels. Please inquire with your Catering Representative regarding specific request on set-up time and decoration guidelines. Compass Point Inn will not be responsible for any materials left behind after your event.
